REGISTRATION

All MIND AND BRAIN V participants should register by:

- filling the on-line registration form and
- and paying the registration fee.

On-line registration is considered only as a pre-registration.

Participants could register as invited lecturers (no registration fee), regular participants, students (a proof of status is required) and exhibitors.

Course and conference registration fee includes:

• Admittance to course and conference lectures and sessions
• Course and conference materials
• Password protected access to course materials

• Lunches at the Dubrovnik-President Hotel

• Half-day excursion with Banquet dinner

Accompanying person registration includes all social programs and refreshment breaks but no lunches, course and conference materials, and admittance to course and conference scientific sessions.

Please send the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Office by fax (+385-1-468-0336) and indicate the participant's name.

Both the pre-registration and the registration (upon receipt of the course registration fee payment) will be confirmed via e-mail. The official invoice will be issued for all incoming payments. Invoices will be issued to the name indicated on the registration form and will be distributed at the registration desk before the meeting.

Please contact us at mb5@brain.hr if you don't receive the automatically generated confirmation shortly after your on-line pre-registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation should be submitted in writing to the course and conference Secretariat. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date stamp of fax or e-mail.
All refunds will be made after the MIND AND BRAIN V.

Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Before July 15 – complete refund (minus EUR 50 handling fee)
• No refund on cancellations after July 15, 2006.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. It is agreed that MIND AND BRAIN V Course and Conference, its officers, volunteers, contracted staff, contracted companies and agents shall not be held liable or responsible for:
a) any loss or damages, however caused by any person engaged by, participating in, or attending the MIND AND BRAIN V Course and Conference for any reason whatsoever;
b) refusal of admission, any changes in program dates, content, speakers, location, or cancellation of any programs or functions.

2. It is agreed that MIND AND BRAIN V Course and Conference, its officers and agents reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel or reschedule the program, change speakers, location, or revise the content at any time. Decisions regarding the necessity for such decisions shall be taken by the MIND AND BRAIN V Course and Conference or its agents at their sole discretion and shall be final.
